We are looking for reinforcement for our team as an assistant to the department head in the Department of Philosophy, Politics and Economics on January 1, 2022.
The position is to be filled part-time (20 hours per week, 50%). The employment is initially limited to 3 years.
Your tasks
As an assistant to the management of the PPÖ department, we offer you a wide range of tasks. You support the department management in the preparation and implementation of committee meetings. They help her to record selected processes in the department and faculty. In addition, you will develop concepts and materials for various contexts in the area of ​​research, teaching and administration of the department.
your profile
• a master's degree in management, philosophy, politics or economics, if possible
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
• Basic knowledge of script languages ​​such as R or Python.
• Basic knowledge of MS365
