University Professor
of
Moral and Political Philosophy

(full time, permanent position) is to be filled.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out teaching and research in moral and political philosophy. The candidate must be able to demonstrate an excellent track record of research in at least one of these areas. He or she should have teaching competence in both. Research- and teaching competence in other areas would be desirable, such areas include philosophy of law, social and global justice, philosophical moral psychology, metaethics or the philosophy of race and gender.
In addition to pursuing research, the successful applicant will be expected to teach at all levels within study programs (Bachelor, Master, teacher-training, and PhD), and to carry out administrative duties.
