Demonstrate teaching effectiveness which encompasses pedagogies for student success and learning to meet course or program requirements.
Possess the ability to work in a variety of settings which promote quality learning.
Maintain professional development to assure currency within field of practice.
Possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
Participate in activities that are required for the accreditation of the discipline, division or college.
Teach applied ethics course such as Healthcare and Business Ethics, as well as general introductory Philosophy courses

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Master's Degree in Philosophy from an accredited institution of higher education by time of hire; area of specialization should be in applied or professional ethics

ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCES CONSIDERED:

Ability to teach in a variety of formats, including online and/or using technology as a learning tool
College teaching experience at the introductory level
